Return Policy and Fees
If you return a phone within 24 hours, you will be charged a $35 restocking fee. Our return policy lasts for 7 days after you receive your item. If you choose to return your item during this time, a 30% restocking fee will be charged. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, without physical or liquid damage, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. To request a return, please contact us and we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items that are sent back to us without prior authorization.
Reporting Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Accessories, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.
Warranty Coverage and Exchanges
We offer a 90-day warranty that covers the full functionality of the device. However, please note that physical damage, liquid damage, forgotten passwords, and forgotten Google account or Apple ID are not covered by the warranty. If you choose to exchange your device, it must be in the same condition as you received it.
Refunds and Exchange Process
Once we receive and inspect your return or exchange, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have requested an exchange, we will ship a replacement item as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
