Return Policy and Fees If you return a phone within 24 hours, you will be charged a $35 restocking fee. Our return policy lasts for 7 days after you receive your item. If you choose to return your item during this time, a 30% restocking fee will be charged. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have requested an exchange, we will ship a replacement item as soon as possible.
