Pricing & Repairs

1. How much will the repair cost?

Our pricing depends on the device and the specific issue. Common repairs, like phone screen replacements, have a fixed price. For more complex problems, we provide a free diagnostic so you’ll know the exact cost before any work begins. You’re never obligated to proceed after receiving your quote.

2. Do you offer a free diagnosis or estimate?

Yes — diagnostics and estimates are always 100% free. We’ll inspect your device, identify the problem, and give you a detailed repair quote before starting any work. There’s no obligation to move forward.

3. How long will the repair take?

Repair times vary depending on the device and issue. Most phone screen or battery replacements are completed in under an hour. Laptop and console repairs may take a few days, especially if parts need to be ordered. We’ll provide an accurate time estimate with your quote.

4. Do I need to make an appointment?

Appointments are recommended for the fastest service, but walk-ins are always welcome. You can easily book an appointment online for your convenience.

5. What if you can’t fix my device? Is there still a fee?

No — we have a “No Fix, No Fee” policy. If we’re unable to successfully repair your device, you don’t pay for the repair. Diagnostics are always free, so you’ll never pay just to find out something can’t be fixed.

Warranty & Guarantees

6. Do you provide a warranty on your repairs?

Yes! Every repair includes a 90-day warranty covering both parts and labor.

7. What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty covers defects in the replacement part or workmanship. It does not cover new accidental damage (such as drops or liquid exposure). If a part we installed fails under normal use, we’ll replace it at no cost.

Data & Privacy

8. Do I need to back up my data before the repair?

We strongly recommend backing up your data. While data loss is rare, especially for hardware repairs like screens or batteries, it’s always best to be safe. We are not responsible for lost data.

9. Will my data be safe and private?

Absolutely. Your privacy is our top priority. Our technicians follow strict privacy standards and will only access what’s necessary to test and complete the repair. We never browse your personal files, photos, or apps.

10. Will my device be factory reset during the repair?

Only if it’s absolutely necessary — and never without your permission. Most repairs don’t require a reset, but some software or console repairs might. We’ll always discuss this with you beforehand.

11. Do you need my password or passcode?

In most cases, yes. We need access to test key functions (like the camera, microphone, and touchscreen) after the repair. If you prefer, you can remove the passcode before bringing in your device, but this may limit our ability to fully test it.

12. What types of devices and brands do you service?

We repair a wide range of electronics, including:

13. Do you use genuine (OEM) or aftermarket parts?

We offer both options to fit your budget. You can choose genuine OEM parts or high-quality premium aftermarket parts that perform just as well for a lower cost. We’ll always tell you which part type your quote includes.

14. Can you fix water damage?

Yes! We specialize in water damage diagnostics and cleaning. While not every device can be saved, we have a high success rate. We’ll clean and treat the internal components to prevent corrosion and determine what parts (if any) need replacement.

15. Is it worth repairing my device, or should I buy a new one?

We’ll give you an honest assessment after your free diagnostic. If the repair cost exceeds half the price of a new or refurbished device, we’ll let you know so you can decide what makes the most sense.

16. Are your technicians certified?

Yes. All of our technicians are certified, experienced professionals with extensive training in repairing a wide range of electronics.

Device-Specific Questions

17. My screen is cracked, but the touch still works. Do I need the whole screen replaced?

Yes. On most modern phones and tablets, the glass (digitizer) and display (LCD/OLED) are fused together. Even if the touch still works, the entire screen assembly needs to be replaced to fix a cracked screen.
